All mentors are doctoral or graduate students who graduated from some top universities around the world with honours, or have extensive work experience in top companies, to ensure that the mentors are excellent enough to provide effective advice to students. Some mentors are alumni admissions officers. All mentors have rich application experience for students of different backgrounds to give high quality study abroad and application advices.

(1). Match box: First of all, students can use our match box by entering their background details and preferences to get a mentor matching.(2). Mentor's post: Each tutor will write a post about his personal experience, including study background, application process, work background and other information. We also provide mentors' LinkedIn or other social media links. From this, students can get a hint of their style to find mentors that best match their needs.(3). Rating and comments: each mentor is rated and commented by previous students. Students can assess to the success stories share by our students compare their experiences and needs in order to select the mentor that best suits them.(4). 45-minutes free consulting: students can communicate with mentors in depth and build trust to decide whether to continue cooperation.

Document polish is an one-time charge service that includes: brainstorming, suggestions for the modification of the statements and a native speaker to check the grammar. Please consult the “little secretary” for details. (3). Mock interview is charged on an hourly basis. The fee varies among mentors. Please refer to the mentors' page for details.

We always aim to deliver the best advice for students. If there is any problem in the cooperation between the student and the mentor, students can always chat with our "small secretary". Our "small secretary" will help the student communicate with the mentor so as to ensure that the student can be provided with the most effective study abroad advice. If necessary, our "small secretary" might change the mentor for you.

Students who come for the first time can get a free consultation time of 45 minutes with the mentor. Through the free consultation time, students can communicate with mentors in depth and build trust to decide whether to continue cooperation. However, this does not include the resolution of how to modify the personal statement, cv or other form of statements. After you decide on your mentor, we offer one-to-one deep learning and consulting services at a fee. Also, we also provide document modification and mock interviews.

如果学生与导师合作途中有任何问题可私信我们的小秘书，小秘书将会帮助学生跟导师沟通，从而保证导师给学生提供最高效的留学建议。如有必要，小秘书还可征求学生意见酌情给学生更换导师。

所有导师都是以荣誉学生毕业于名校的博士或研究生，或者在顶级公司拥有丰富的工作经验，从而保证所有导师足够优秀给学生提供有效的建议。部分导师还拥有名校校友招生官资格，所有导师都拥有丰富的申请经验，针对于不同背景的学生以给出高质量的留学建议。

首先，学生可使用匹配度小框，输入成绩，预想申请的学校从而得到大数据匹配建议的导师。 除此之外，每个导师都会写一篇个人经历的文案，写下他们的留学背景，留学过程，工作背景等信息。我们还提供导师的领英，脸书等社交媒体链接，学生可通过查询导师文案和个人经历知晓导师的规划风格，以找到与自己需求最匹配的导师。 学生还可参考导师做过的成功案例，导师评分，以前学生评价等信息来类比自己的经历与需求从而选择最适合自己的导师。

首次来咨询的学生可获得与导师45分钟的免费咨询时间，通过免费咨询时间，学生可与导师深度交流，建立信任从而决定是否继续合作。但是免费咨询时间不包括解决文书修改问题。在学生决定导师之后，我们提供收费性的一对一针对个人的深度留学咨询。除此之外，我们还提供文书修改，面试指导等服务。
